Can't purchase anything from the store!?
Ok so since lastnight I have tried everything under the sun to purchase the games in my cart! First it wouldn't take my card. Then it wouldn't activate games bought from fanatical. Then it let me activate the games. Then I added funds to my wallet. But every time I try to pay for what's in my cart via wallet funds. I get an error message.

'There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance.'

I've contacted support and they wanted a screenshot. So I sent it to them and they haven't got back to me yet. I've tried 4 different devices, and it's just not going through. My wife even tried gifting me the games which sale ends today and she got the same message. I've even tried a different network. Switching from WiFi to my mobile network data. Nothing works. Any ideas? I can't get it to work and want to purchase these games! Come to think of it. Although it may be coincidence. It started happening after a game that was added to my library to playtest. But it let me add funds and activate 3 games since. Just cannot purchase. Wondering if the site is down. Or if anyone else is having problems? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Anyone? Please help. I've had nothing from support apart from them asking for a screenshot despite me explaining the error message:(

Only support can help you with payment issues.

If you can't wait to buy the game later in another sale (if you miss this one) then have you tested if Family Sharing will work between your accounts? If so, the alternative is for your wife to buy the game on her account and family share with you. You'll have to confirm if the game allows family sharing first, mind.
Same, support just said they can't do anything and closed the ticket.

I just tried the same bundle there ( I own none of those games) and the same error. I can buy single games, but no bundles.
