CoD doesn't have any in game items you can sell to make money.
Short of being a developer publishing a game after paying the initial 100 USD (or equivalent), you don't. Any other attempt will simply open you up to scamming and the potential of having account features disabled for commercial activities.
They're all the same, filled with the same people.
As long as you're not a developer? Not at all. As a regular user, everything you 'invest' in Steam is just dead capital. The name 'Steam' is quite fitting, because money just dissapear, like steam.

Steam is a digital store. Unless you're a game developer/publisher, the store isn't here for you to make money off of it. It's here to make money off of you.
Just out of curiosity, do you go into Walmart or any other store and ask random strangers "hey, how can I make money in this store?"
