steam "packs" when buying changed?

Im curious, lets say there is a pack with GAME A and GAME B, before if you already have GAME A it reduces from the pack price but today im not seeing it like that anymore, did they changed it?

there are different kinds of bundles. some are customized to the account, some are not. its up to that games developer to decide what kind of bundle they are making.

I mean they can offer packs of games to be convenient, it doesn't always mean its at a discount if the publisher doesn't want to set it up that way.

i can give you an example, seeing as you have two amnesia games, the only one i don't have is amnesia the bunker, so it will show a bundle of what outstanding. but like others said, it comes down to what is tailored to you and devs. Some devs, don't give a discount if you have one or more games of theirs in a bundle.
