That's basically it. Thank you that you're not also harrasing me like the people from that server, I felt really bad to be honest.

Sounds like you have enough of a head on your shoulders to keep from doing something you would regret though. Good on ya.
Where you sit down and actually have to be told what a scam is. What a scam looks like and what scammers do to get your accounts, passwords and money.
I say this because the "industry" that is the scamming industry is taking billions of dollars a year.
Billions of dollars. Let that sink it.
BILLIONS.
I can understand 98 year old Doris who has no marbles left and lives alone who gives this info away. But at that point i blame her financial institutions who give that money away and not her.
Little 12 year old jimmy with his AMD 9000 series CPU and his 4090 on the other should know better.
And why are people even falling for a DM on a totally different platform?
Dont you think that if steam had an issues with you, they would contact you with your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ email account that you supplied?
Which i would not trust either, by the way. I would email steam using an address i found here first before i even clicked on anything in that email. I would also look at the email header to find the real sender's address of that email.
If the address is not from steam then its a scammer.
People spend thousands on PC hardware but are dumb as bricks sometimes.
Anyway, I didn't got scammed. I immediatly found out it doesn't make sense, but I was still scared so I made a support ticket and Steam responsed to me today, confirming, that this was indeed a scam attempt.
