Was supposed to be receiving a refund, but instead see a pending charge for the same amount under this heading. Anyone else have this come up?

It most like did not yet get processed by your bank.

It can take a few days (or longer) but that advanced marking will then just vanish.

It could be the original charge that hasn't gone through. If the refund is issued then that pending charge may fall off your statement and no money would be removed from the account.

I see what it was. The game was a pre-order, and since it was more than 2 weeks, they had to refund from a Steam Card to return my money. All worked out.
