Why cant i read more than one page of negative reviews?
At the bottom of the page instead of a load more your only option is to load all.

They dont want to put you off of buy the game. That is why.

What is the issue? I can read all negative reviews for games and am not limited to "one page".

I picked a random game, went to community hub then reviews, set it to show negative only, and the page infinitely loaded a good 100+ negative reviews before it ran out of new ones to fetch.

this looked like it was happening to me as well

i had to click the see all at the bottom of the store page

and then choose the negative reviews on the next page

after that i got the whole lot
