There isn't.

You only have the two options right now which is to get base or premium. If you bought the base and want the premium instead, put in a refund request and use those funds towards the purchase of the premium.

Yeah. Valve hopes devs add an upgrade option but most these days don't and it's only either or.

The publisher most likely already Set that option up, but it should get active sometime after the Release of the game.... as most publishers offer that not during pteorder.
