Steam profile pictures not showing up in any game (TF2, CS2, etc.)

For the past week when playing multiplayer games, other people's profile pictures simply did not load. Not even mine. I saw maybe 2-3 once but that's it. I have no idea how to fix this. Here's how it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/pHUf7B1

Hey ive also been stuck with this problem for a month now but i finally found a soilution. For some reason its a DNS issue. Try switching your DNS to googles. Tutorial: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using. And if your already using googles DNS try swithcing back to your original one it should then work. Hope this helps!
