if you are not getting anything new from steam with your complaints... then...

you need to look at your consumer rights out side of steam if you dont know them...

Why are you posting the exact same question on a PUBLIC forum and spamming support with the exact same question if you don't want to hear the answer? YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND, no matter how much of a nuisance you make. You are not entitled to a refund once outside the refund window. This answer will not change.
