The best cozy game?

Hi, I'm looking to have cozy game to chill with and there are lots to choose from.

Would be great to get some recommendations, but here's what I know so far:

I don't like Stardew Valley as it's too grindy for what I want.
I like progression, so buildings and upgrades would be good.
I like decent graphics, not voxels.
I'd like it to be long-term, not a 10hr campaign and that's it.

So people, any thoughts?

You could try Spiritea or Chef RPG, though Chef RPG is in early access atm it's still got a pretty decent gameplay loop. Also Graveyard Keeper is a great game.
