Steam Wallet Verification

So I recently added funds to my steam wallet to open up some csgo cases and i got the credit card verification popup so i opened my bank account and neither charge is there. i then waited almost all 3 days and i decided to put some more money into my wallet to see if the transactions would show up and of course they didn't. So now, I'm having to wait another 3 days to use my original funds i loaded onto my wallet. I even called my bank and they showed nothing about the 2 small transactions.

Each set of funds can be used after 3 full days.

As for the verification taps, some banks may combine them into 1 charge that you'll have to ask them to split them up.
