Shopping Cart History
My history seems completely clear despite I literally had one when the servers went down for maintenance or whatever. It's empty and I have been adding to it for a while so I am not 100% I replicated my cart. Is there any way to get it back?

The shopping cart is never permanent, so it's not a good idea to use it to keep track of things you're interested in. I don't think Steam keeps a history of what you added to it once its session (however long that is) expires.

It is kept between sessions. It does not carry over from/to client to/from browser though.

You might want to test that again. I can add to cart via Vivaldi and see that item in the cart in the Steam client. I can do it the other way around, too. Also removing items is handled the same -- the change is reflected in the browser/client when you refresh or navigate to another page.

I forgot they fixed that with the cart update last year.
