You are contradicting yourself.
I didn't describe flashy.
If so, I would've stated they have a ton of large explosions/set pieces, devastating/mass clearing weapons, and usually big and extravagant finishes to levels/bosses.
Bulletstorm is a good example of an FPS that flashy.
Is Bulletstorm either a boomer or tactical shooter?
Already described what's in a Boomer Shooter. At this point, it's just faux misunderstanding.
It is an amusing attempting at confusion but it's been done too many times before to be effective.

You compared Doom and Quake to Bulletstorm for some reason but you avoided discussing the the actual comparison you disagreed with.
