Help me play Spore on my iPad

It says that spore is in my library, but can figure out how to play
it like open the game

You can stream the game from a computer to the iPad.

iPads don't run PC games so you need a PC. Apple PCs are, with limitations, able to run games so if you have one, use that. If you don't have a PC at all, you should either get one (if you want to play Spore and a bunch of other games) or refund Spore.

When you have a PC, you can play the game directly on that or stream it to your iPad.
