Geometry Dash

When I play geometry dash on PC, windows 10, the music is delayed by around 7 seconds, there is no sound effects, for example when I press "play" on a level or when I die or complete a level! The screen is very laggy and sometimes when I click to jump, my icon doesnt jump! Is it only a problem for me or is it anyone else whos having this issue? I use GTX 760.
I really want to know how to fix it ♥♥♥ I wanna play gemetry dash, but its hard to play with that issue!
