Trade ban on items after purchase/crafting/exchange

why does the trade ban last for 7 days after purchasing items.............?
that's a very long time
supposedly it's done because of the huge amount of scams and theft
in fact, ----------careless people will still find ways to get cheated
another reason is the large number of bots on CM that trade and create a load on the servers, etc.
oh my god, make the trade ban for a couple of days 3-4, well, a whole week is already too long

A few days is not enough time to recover an account for the majority of people on Steam. Most don't login every day or notice their account is hijacked.

And CS2 items are more restricted than others.

its a safeguard against accounts that have been hijacked. keeps people from draining your bank account and immediately giving it to their main account(s) to be laundered.
