No. It's sometimes important to switch the server region. For some random reason Steam is slowing down. YOu can basically pick any server region and it sometimes skyrockets back up.

What u say is just nonsense.

You have a bad ISP/connection hardware or you have a bad storage device.

I have the same speeds but yours are actually more consistent and I live in the center of the United States lol. Fun fact: The water is poisoned for a good 3 miles in a section of my city and has been for 3 years!

I love the United States but my home is turning into a garbage heap. I would not be shocked if OP lived in rural USA.
