Someone actually already uploaded it there. Of course we don’t know for sure whether that someone modified the file somehow. http://virustotal.com/gui/file/ea61c40564b5987ae9ad111493d0d3add0aea5b04de61bf820bd2b404ac6ba19
I'm pretty sure that QuickHeal is at best mediocre AV. Also only one detection, points strongly to false positive.

False positive ? " Nah all jokes aside, if you bought on steam there shouldn’t be any viruses"
1) Did you read the subscriber agreement about steam being responsible for viruses in games? They are not responsible for putting viruses in games. ( google it ).
2) It takes a very long time to remove virus-infected games from steame. A week ago a game infected with a virus was deleted for 4 days ! And this is with the mass filing of complaints about the virus in the game.
3) Viruses in steem games are out there and this ( more ) is not a myth. read tred Steam vs Pirate Fi (game)

The whole joke is that the man stole the game, called it pirate, uploaded it to steam, steam approved it, then he replaced the game files with a virus under the guise of an update and stole user data. 20 people against 1 hacker with a game and a lazy steem moderator who slept all weekend instead of doing her job. Although, of course, we could have gotten a hacker and tracked down that hacker, but everyone was lazy.

Not suppressing. Virus makers are starting to infect repositories like Google Play app store. Apple too. It makes common sense for steam to be targeted too. Lots of users.

Not true. A game was just recently in the news for stealing login sessions, and it was being sold on Steam.
