good evening i wish to know what error (34) means?

hour ago i wasnt able for trade for 2 hours but now after for mere desesperation try again now i can see the whole trading window, i sended a ticket but no answers yet so i wish to know why such a jumpscare happened?

i couldnt trade with that error but i could sell items

You changed your name recently which causes a cool down on trading. You'll be fine in a few hours time but should you change name again in the future then you'll receive another cool down period.

You just changed your profile name 2 hours ago which results in a 4 hour cooldown on trading.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier this year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.

34 is k_eResultLogonSessionReplaced

For trading, that means that you recently changed your display name.
