Follow ALL of the steps given to you in that order regardless of what you think is the case with your PC and phone. Otherwise nothing is going to change and the problem isn't going to be resolved.

Yet another case of "I gave away my Steam login information to a shady site/individual, help me!"

Only thing you can do at this point is try to secure your account. Steam will not be returning any items/funds. This was an easily avoidable scam.

I know you don't think you have malware, but this is phishing.
It doesn't require malware at all on your computer.

I suggest looking it up.

That being said, do everything listed above.
very first post gives all the steps what you need to do immediately, first post also gives link to info regarding items been traded away, so best to click on that link as it will tell you regarding the items

you need to work out what you or someone did on your account , no one here needs to know or can do anything about it.

Since nobody has said it yet: It does NOT matter if you were asleep at the time it happened or if your devices were off. If you gave away your credentials to a 3rd party they can sit on your account without taking action and do something with it at any time, regardless of what YOU are doing at the moment. You could have even given away your credentials months ago or longer, and they would have been able to have access to your account that entire time.
