Steam gifted a game copy to a random
So, 2 years ago I bought Castleminer Z with 3 copies, and gave 2 to friends.
Today, i receive a mail saying the last copy was just given to an empty account.
Is there any explanation for this ? I already changed my password, disconnected all devices, etc

Pretty obvious, scammers accessed your account but found nothing better in the inventory. A simple report against the receiver of the gift will have 0 effect i’m afraid, but a full size support ticket about what exactly happened may help your scammer lose one of their pawns.
Your account is compromised. Do the following steps to secure your device and safeguard the account:-

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be nothing in the APIKEY)
