Help with launch options

Every time I'm looking around trying to find how to bring up a window that gives you launch options when you press the play button but all I'm getting is people telling you to go to properties and then type in a launch option but that's not what I am looking for I want to pres play and then select a opson and if you're wondering what game I'm looking for it's rainbow six siege I used to get two options every time I press the play button but when my brother played the game he select one of the options which is not compatible with my hardware and now I can't play the game so how do I reset that can someone please tell me how to do that I want to make clear that I know how to change the launch options by visiting properties and then going to launch options but I don't want the type in a launch option I want to be able to press play and then you should give me the option to pick which one I want to use

Check there forum anyways to see if anyone has had similar issues. If that doesn't work submit a ticket or look online. Please use punctuation next time as well, i wish you luck gamer.
