Invalid SSL certificate (error:-2 status:5)

Today I've got this error while trying to upload artworks to my Steam and got really burned out from it, because I don't know what to do at this point and I'm not a big technician about these things.
I've tried a few videos, internet settings and even changing the timezone and still nothing.
Any help would be appreciated!

So what you're saying is that this is Steam problem and there cannot be much to do about it right now but wait till they do something as many users have it the same way, correct?

Same issue, had to upload via browser (any should work)

What I do now is login my Steam account from Google chrome, and upload my stuff from web browser.
