The calling cards artwork players can use are 100% AI.
Seen multiple articles about it the last few days. They even left in a bunch of common mistakes like 6 finger hands and such that AI tends to produce.
For example this one was making the rounds as easy evidence for AI:

Just look at the hand on the left.
And AI detector sites give a "Very likely AI generated" if you show that artwork to them.
Okay, and when were those introduced? If they weren't in the game at release, then they were included after Valve's content review. And in that case, it's probably best to report the game via the store page. Just pick whichever category you think best matches, and describe the issue.
I mean, i personally dont care at all. I been using Stable Diffusion for 2 years now on my PC and created like a 100k pictures with it so far. I love generative AI , its a really fun tool to play around with and make cool wallpapers or pictures of ideas you have.
I just dont think they should be used commercially and be just for private use.
Also COD is literally the most succesfull gaming series of all time and makes billions in revenue, its a bit lame that Activision cant even hire some indie artists for some artwork and have to resort to AI. Thats what they should be called out for.
I agree, but if it was added after Valve's content review how are they to know about it if people don't report it?
Oh for sure, people should report it if it bothers them and it breaks the rule.
I just doubt Valve will do anything, COD is way too big and a money maker.
Lets call me cynical but "rules" are usually enforced differently depending who they apply to.
Nothing cynical about that, it's the truth.
Not that kind of AI. OP is talking about generative AI, which is used to create assets based on training material. It has nothing to do with AI as previously used to describe how a game reacts to players.

"Pre-Generated" is in BO6.
And it isn't just calling cards and only BO6. It is MWII, MWIII and WZ with other assets like weapon and character skins because of their cross game use of such items into WZ.

So funny see people ♥♥♥♥♥ about this tho, like now you have a problem with wasting so much money on literal nothing? Who the ♥♥♥♥ cares if its AI or some intern throwing it together in paint, MTX always were and always will be a scam and if you ever bought into it you voted for this its that simple so go eat up the AI slop. Pay for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ = get more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
It is now listed on the store page.
