Old games that don't work anymore

The game is euro truck simulator 1 there is no solution on how to get it working please remove the game from the steam store.

I mean multiple people in this thread installed the game to try after your claim and it runs fine for all of us.
On the newest OS and current hardware.
That points way more into a problem with your system then a general one with the game but its your choice if you dont want any help.

3 different people proved you that game works, so problem is not with game but with your hardware/software.

Ok the specs for the first computer I tried it on is Intel i5 3rd gen graphics card 1050 ti RAM 16 gig this was running Windows 10 now the specs for the second PC I tried it on is a AMD ryzen 5 5560u with Radeon graphics RAM 16 gigs running Windows 11 managed to get the game working on this system but it had a blue tint to it

Deleted previous post now I see you've posted specs.

For the first PC, do you get an error message?
For the second, what kind of blue tint? Can you post a screenshot? Do you see this kind of tint in other games?

The game seems to be too picky of what system you are using and i don't think the developers are going to do any update to it so it might as well just be removed from Steam I'm not really that bothered. The game was only 80p it will save the headache from anyone else trying to get it working.

It's not going to be removed from Steam. It obviously works for the majority of people. No, the devs aren't likely to fix any edge cases anymore given its age, but there is no need to remove it from sale. If you've accumulated less than 2 hours runtime and owned it for less than 2 weeks you can ask for a refund.

This is just a fact of PC gaming, not every game will work on every single PC configuration.

You do know that this is a community user steam sub-forum only. There is no one (Staff / Employee) from valve or steam in this sub-forum. So no one here can remove the game from steams store front, even if there was a problem with the game.

Windows 11 here, and it works without a hitch. In fact, the even older 18 Wheels of Steel games work just fine as well.

I was curious now, too, so I installed the game, set it to my screen resolution and high graphics, fiddled with nothing else and it worked fine (Windows 10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, 32GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070).
