Old games that don't work anymore

Works fine for me using Open GL and maximum graphic settings.

What exactly is the problem you are having? Also, list your own system specifications, as those are far more important in determining what your problem is.

Specs: Win 10 Pro, i7 10700K 32 GB memory, RTX 3060 4gb graphic memory

Never played the game but had it in my collection and just installed it to try.
Works without a problem.

Ryzen 3600x, 32GB RAM, RTX 2080, Windows 11 PRO (newest update)

For me the game either crashes on loading but on a different system managed to get the game loading but as a blue tint to it.

Please post YOUR system specs. The problem is likely something on your PCs.

System specs. List them. We cannot help you troubleshoot without them.

I believe you that you have those problems. Its just not something systematic with the game itself that seems to run fine on a selection of modern systems.
There is something the game does not like on the systems you are trying it on, thats why its useful to know the specs you used if there is a common factor that could cause problems with the game.

game works so the problem is at your system but if you not want to find out and let us help then fine
