Warning: Delta Force Installs Invasive Kernel-Level Spyware and Causes System Issues
"WARNING! Delta Force installs highly invasive kernel-level spyware disguised as AntiCheatExpert (ACE). This anti-cheat software feels like it’s spying on you and causes serious conflicts with other anti-cheat systems like Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC), which is already kernel-level. The most frustrating part? Even after uninstalling Delta Force, ACE's services remain active on your system, causing issues with other games!

I tried to launch a game using EAC, and I got the error message: 'Please close ACE-BASE before launching.' Even when Delta Force was uninstalled, ACE's services were still interfering with my system!

This is completely unacceptable for a free game. The risks to your privacy and system stability are too high. Here's how to remove ACE if you want to fix your system:

Open CMD as Administrator and enter these commands:
sc delete ACE-GAME
sc delete ACE-BASE
sc delete "AntiCheatExpert Service"
sc delete "AntiCheatExpert Protection"
Restart your PC to finalize the removal. Save yourself the trouble and protect your privacy—stay far away from this game!"

I don't understand why some people attack you in the comments instead of thanking you for offering advice to us. They are people without feelings. Anyway, thank you so much for pointing that out to us

Yet nobody is outraged by anti-cheats that operate in the SYSTEM user account, which VAC does, if compromised, can still allow for a complete takeover of a system.

No it doesn't? VAC runs as the user who is playing the game.
I thought it made SteamService.exe start monitoring things.
sad all the cheaters cry spyware but use google, what a sad little world

Context matters, and you're trying to play it off by pretending it doesn't.

Context does matter, but I can only go off of the context I got from your post. To me, someone that is THAT distrustful of corporations, then it makes little sense for them to engage with corporations/services that aren't a requirement for living.

If you want to make it make more sense to me or explain your case a little better then by all means but regardless, I'm just giving an opinion.
Nah, you can do better than that. Anyone not kidding themselves knows steam has been the target of scrutiny from all directions recently. Valve is not some kind of shady noname third party anticheat software distributor. Big difference.
i have the same ACE.BASE.sys Blue Screen of Death crashes..

i7-13900KS
RTX4090

rly want to play the game but those hard crashes are rly annoying every other game works fine....

if they dont resolve this ♥♥♥♥ i will sadly have to wait for the new battlefield and uninstall this ♥♥♥♥♥....

what i find though with things like kernel level anticheats is that the only way to see what those programs things do is run a packet sniffer while they are open ... if the anticheat doesn't like being data logged then they have something to hide and you should avoid that game and post all over social media and popular forums, along with reporting those findings to valve, epic etc etc ...if the anti cheat will not work behind a vpn then that's also yet another red flag
i haven't yet seen derivitative proof that the games anti cheat is spyware but the second i see real proof then the game will be uninstalled ...

You have no proof, there's your answer. If there was anything suspicious it would've already been found. You're also worried about spyware when you're most likely signed up for services that sell everything you do 🤦

Just uninstalled the game and indeed noticed that ACE services were still running 🤣

Funny isn't it, maybe its because cheaters don't care about anti-cheat because its all a scam to datamine normal players just like google services are and dont actually do anything against cheats. Haven't went near google since ~2018, well YouTube I'm sure appreciates the tens of TBs of bandwidth I waste for them, archiving before they shut down, rest is blocked on whole network.

Also... I was getting BSODs about Kernel heap corruption after booting. Uninstalling the ACE services solved the problem for me.
