Stopped Buying Things On Steam
Too many fake bans, dishonest staff, esg pandering, they allow for trashy content on their store, devs get more of the money from other sellers.

Feels good man.

Steam is kind of like a flea market when it comes to their game hubs.

They will give game devs discretion
So this is about another Developer Game Hub ban?
Starfield still? Or another hub?

Either you assume you care about it, either you don't care and you don't post, boredom has nothing to do with it, also if you are on Steam and bored, you might consider playing a game, as it is the principal reason you are here.

…. What?

Also, not all circumstances allow for such activity.

:deeperperiscope: Also also some manage to do both simultaneously.

:theplayboy: Also also also …. what sort of auto-critique do you raise considering your own topical interests?
I never said those topics were useless.
I have told myself this several times for 100s of different companies. In the end I feel no better because I know it wont hurt them because they are hoarding of billions of £$€ while the world burns

honestly just giving up on life is probably the thing that feels the most good can't even go outside and buy bread without the thought of what monster is getting the money

just focusing on yourself and not whoever is getting your money is the best way to live.

Bans? just never post
the cut they take? bigger companies can deal with it
staff? well ok I cant say much there
bad content? well at least its not as bad as the mobile stores..... yet

just do whatever you want without thinking of these things

They aren't taking Valve to the after life and you arent taking your money there either or your games

but you are taking whatever self infilected pain you felt from boycotting companies who don't care less

is this strangely deep for talk about a game store?

Yes perhaps but I mean this for everything not just Valve

Steam is not a family friendly store.
It has a reputation for being full of sicko material.

That and all the cheaters, makes it too toxic for most.

It never advertised itself as a family friendly store.

Well said.
Here you are again stalking my account
Nothing to do with you, I hang out in the main steam hub.
i mean the worst forums are these public steam forums. There's a lot of drama here, a lot of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mods that overreact, a lot of crybabies that report everything, toxic ppl, people with no capacity to take criticism, etc.

Like I've goten 80% of my like 5-10 warnings on these "Steam" forums. I even confirmed with a previous ex-mod I was in an argument with that it wasnt he who reported me but some rando that didn't even have anything to do with the conversation.

So people take offense for other people, its that stupid.

Just fck these forums, dont post here, unless you have something really creative you want to get off your chest in a very nice way. None of the Steam-developers read this anyway, you're just wasting your time.

If you're gonna post, post on the forums for the games. Some mods/devs are cool and some communities are awesome and those places are nice to post, fck the rest.

The store has filters, you should use them.

Here's the thing, though. I really didn't need to know. This is just you craving attention.

How do I know that? Well, you see ... when I don't buy anything I don't make it public knowledge. When I buy something I don't make it public knowledge.

I'm glad for you being able to make a personal decision regarding your Steam account and purchases or the lack thereof, though. Thank God this isn't a world affecting decision ... then I would have understood.

Right you just tell people what they say doesn't matter. A more admirable stance.

More bothered that the store caters to bad crowds.

A lot of people are starting to see that.
many people dont know this, but its sounds like communism to me, they hit you over the head regardless if you pay or not. next thing we basically get decades deterioation and rot just like our beloved countries in the past, followed by its opposite the f word regimes. and maybe devolved back to middleage.

That's why their user numbers have constantly been growing.
