Your money, your choice. Don't like Steam? Feel free to take your money someplace else. You are not authorized, entitled nor qualified to tell others what to do with their money. Just this morning, I've bought a game for 2,5€ because that's what I wanted to do with the money I'm earning.

Yet you continue to use Steam and via that are still an important metric in their favor. I bet that feels good as well.

Just use the platforms you're comfortbale with, we all do that. Though other platforms, at least on PC, do suffer from lacking catalogs.

When a service fails to do right I do give them a review or directly tell them they suck yes.
