Ditto. When you enter a raffle, it's expected that the reward will be for you and you only. I understand that mayhaps you changed your mind or that the game may not be up your alley, but you should have asked to be withdrawn from the raffle before, and even better, told your friend to join it. And now you go and call them a scammer? Yeah, as someone who had experience before with Panda, they're not a scammer. You just didn't read the rules; Panda made it clear that the game is a gift intended for the winner only, and there is no other alternatives.
You can do better next time, Zero. :/
