More 'New Steam' Issues; Cannot move or resize Steam window any more
After a PC restart yesterday, I can no longer move or manually resize the steam window.
It still 'functions' okay. I can navigate and do whatever.
Typically I move the window between my two monitors, but today it won't budge.

Previously, since the forced client update, the window would periodically resize so it wouldn't fit to my window (very fun issue) causing me to have to manually clip it to the top of the screen to get it to the right size; now I can't even relocate it.

Already restarted Steam to try and fix it, obviously no dice.

These forced client 'updates' that gimp a previously functioning storefront are starting to get annoying, and the issues are stacking up.
The 'back' button still doesn't function properly, and there are still occasional memory leaks.
Why these updates are forced when there's absolutely zero quality control is beyond me.

At least let us use the previous workaround that gives us the old *fully functioning store* back; why did that have to go and be 'fixed?' What's the endgame, forcing people to lose patience and trust?

Sometimes I have that problem, too. Some days it works, some days it won't. But I never really bothered with it, so no idea if Steam suddenly worked after some hours or only after the PC shutdown (overnight).
