Most likely not. The minimum required GTS 450 for Rising is a good bit stronger then your Intel UHD 610.

RAM and CPU are ok but GPU is the problem here. If you only have the integrated UHD 610 graphic solution and no real dedicated GPU i dont think you will get any good performance out of the game, even if its a older one.

is that lowest graphic possible?

Not likely. At best it will stutter quite a bit so I wouldn't bother really.

The refund system does not exist so you can demo games. That would be abuse of the refund system and can lead to Valve permanently removing the privilege to refund games.

You are supposed to do your homework first.
And that laptop is simply to weak for gaming outside of the most basic titles.

The Dualcore CPU is a big no. The game requires at least a quadcore CPU.

That CPU can't even beat a CPU from 2011.

Can't imagine this game running at playable speed.

I got it to run on a similarly specced laptop.

It was not a fun experience, even on the lowest settings.

There's a difference between, "Will it run?" and, "Will it run well enough to be playable?"

For you the answers are, "Yes, probably." and, "No. Definitely not."
