Realore Games not Early Access

Realore Games put up for Early Access (EA) should not really be there, they are already out there and can be played, purchased on many Online FTP Sites, so why are they being put up for consideration for Greenlight?

Early Access and Greenlight are two entirely different things.

I know, but I'm saying that games which are finished and already commercially viable such as made by Realcore should not be included for consideration in either category.

Games from publishers and indie developers that don't have a history with Valve must still go through the Greenlight process whether the game is finished or not.
