Steam dowload Help

Hello, a few weeks ago steam downloads the games or updates in KBPS and not MB as before, this makes my games are updated and take time to download I did not move anything, suddenly I started downloading in KBPS and I do not know why, anyone knows why?

Try changing download region in settings. Seeing a summer sale is active the default setting which billons are potentially on is completely bogging it down as tons of people are downloading new games they bought. Default for the United States for example is St. Louis and I have seen using that being a mixed bag, can either almost match my internet speed or be as low as 50 mb/s during peak hours, changing to a lesser used server helps a ton in keeping consistent fast speeds. Just note that closest doesn't always mean better, just keep changing it until you are satisfied with the speed.
