1st part doesn't matter as that can be any tens of thousands of games.
2nd part is much better so we now know you want a tank game.
3rd part doesn't help as we don't know if this is single player only, or multiplayer, or coop.

Idk what exact what you want, beside just tank game, but assuming you meant like the game above then it 1st/3rd person control that single player and that it, unless you want to add more to it, or looking for other types of game mode with tank as well. I don't know a lot of tank games personally, but maybe someone else will.
