Nope.
If you agree then the game is back but its still the same one as before that is locked to the same Ubisoft account as before.
Only Ubisoft Support can remove the connection between a Steam game and a Ubisoft account.
Everything you've done is steam centric and ubi has nothing to do with it other than whatever interface your using to cross the bridge.
It would be different if you bought the games from Ubisoft - even then - you wouldn't be able to play them on Steam - only Ubi's software.
You would have to rebuy said games on Ubi's side to remove steam from the equation.
If this is all about the Ubisoft "name" - you'd have to talk to them about it - rest is moot.
Course if Ubisoft has some DRM linkage going on - so long as you have a Steam License you're good there - the rest is just talking to Ubisoft.
Ehhh - you could refund the game technically (which revokes license) - but I'd suspect this won't solve anything.
