Can anyone recommend me a game like the old Socom games?

Looking for a tactical shooter with squad mechanics with a single player like the old Socom games. Specifically Socom 2.

Yes you have 4 AI teammates and you can give them orders, they are divided into two groups, so you can do multiple things.
I don't think you can take over when your character dies though

Been trying to get Rainbow six 3 to work but it just wont. Dont really like vegas or vegas 2.
