Surprised at the amount of w7 users in 2023.
People, microsoft itself does not support w7 anymore, considering how completely unsafe it is to use a computer with internet conexion on w7, not having steam support should be the last of your worries.

I've installed UpdatePack7 on five of my Win7x64 machines and they're all working great (as great as Windows can be).
UpdatePack7 2023.12.12

There any KB number?

pretty sure they are talking about (i mean spamming it in several threads) simplix updatepack 7, though i see nothing about it being ESU security updates, just old security updates.

and the first link showing it is on majorgeeks.

steam will be expected to run on win 7 for some time after end of support date, for how long, no one knows, but be prepared when it happens.

keep using whatever you want, as its your choice, not others.

make the move, when you are ready.

Quite a bit, for the different versions. The fact you have to ask, is rather odd.
