video box on profile

I can't find the video display box I just bought with 6,000 points! I have the same boxes I had before, the only one I think is extra is only good for the things other than screenshots and artwork. I wanted one for videos. I would have to give up one of my art displays if I want to show a video right now, and I paid for that too. I can't see how to get help from Steam anymore, so what do I do?

You didn’t receive an additional showcase slot as part of your points-shop purchase?

You first need to link your YouTube account to Steam, add a video to Steam and then the video showcase will appear.

A showcase wont show if you don't have stuff to upload or where the material is private by visibility. Doesn't appear you have any video uploads on your profile.

I should have counted what I had before. I had the original number, then bought an extra "art" and "screenshot" showcase. So this was the third I purchased and it was labelled "video" in the points shop. But now there's nothing indicating a video showcase in my profile. I think I have an extra slot now, but when I have the option to pick what it's for, there's no video listed,and no more screenshot or art slots available to choose. Thank you for answering, I appreciate any help. :)

Do you need to use YouTube? I'd have to set up a new YT account. I wanted to post GIFS too. Does that need YT as well? Thanks for you reply btw.

I have a video in the Workshop from way back under videos. I have videos downloaded and have tried to put them in the art section, public access, and transfer to workshop, but that doesn't work. I'm computer challenged and so am not as clever as most of you! I just want to post my gifs and videos that are in my files. I have tranferred these to the art section, but that's as far as I can get. Thanks for any suggestions.

Yes. Only things uploaded to your YouTube count as videos regardless.

Yes. Only things uploaded to your YouTube count as videos regardless.
