Not quite. PC games weren't built to render into some off-screen buffer, they're built to render to the screen. That means that you would need to utilize virtualization.

If you want to sit at the PC that's being used as a streaming host, you'd need to virtualize the streaming host. People on the streaming forum got that figured out. If you're fine with using another terminal to log into that PC remotely, you'd "only" need to virtualize your work environment.
