how do i put links on my profile??

i want it to be like my twitter but the link is hidden i try the url thing for formatting but thats not what i am looking for can some one pls help. Me how to put links that are hidden,

E.g my twitter that sands you to my twitter profile.

No way to hide the third party [website] -part after it.

Exclude the <>; they're there just to showcase where your text goes.

so i do the url thing but instad of steam power if i change it to twitter .com??
