There some issues with Parsac such as playing games using OpenGL, or Vulcan, as the person that joins you, may see artifacts happens, while host won't see this issue. This is definitely noticeable on certain console emulators.
Steam remote play is not bad, but can only use it for games that have remote play enable by the dev. There is away to bypass this, which you just redirect the game.exe to something else using same name of it. And yes it does works.
Now parsac has better video feed, due to team relentlessly tackling this issue for long time, I remember last year, and longer that both Steam remote play, and parsac were on par, but it was only within I think half year, or so ago that they finally got it going, and on Parsac you mainly want to use the encoder H.265, the H.264 is basically similar to Steam. Reason want to use H.265, it use same amount of resources, but it provides a better feed video back, which it will be a lot less blurry when buffering video feed. Now I have tested both have similar input feedback, but seem parsac IMO has lower latency for input feedback.
