Steam Discussion in a nutshell. The problem with this is that there is hardly anything to praise, I can count hte remarkable deals on maybe 1.5 hands. Breakthroughts were a dollar or two above all other sites that sell keys, but there were more 1.1 or even worse deals than anything.

This summer sale was "gibme mony plx" via card game, and nothing more.

Im sure mods will lock anything that tells the truth about the sale, but before they lock it, make sure to look into a graph on Steamprices or Isthereadeal, either website will show you the trends of any title on all sites. You will notice that Steam's "summer sale" was almost not a a blip in terms of total discount. Empirical data wins. In Steams case, the 8 hour deals were sometimes the only ones that could match other sites day deals.
