Fake Steam log in?
Not really sure where to post this so I'll try here. I was scammed on the site ♥♥♥ and I entered my Steam details unknowing that it was not legit. When I found out I immediately changed my Steam password will this be enough to stop my account being hacked?

how do we know this isnt the hacker talking to us trying to keep the account secured enough from the actual owner?

Yeah it should be enough. Make sure you have a good antivirus and firewall and scan your computer to make sure there's no obvious malware.

Best enable Steam Guard too.

****If you have clicked on a link to add someone as a friend, logged into a fake Steam site, or downloaded a file such as a fake steam guard file, you need to scan your computer ASAP in safe mode with malware scanners. Once you are sure your computer is clean, then change any passwords to any site that you may have entered manually. Also if you have entered any CC credentials during that period I would get a replacement on as the y may be using a key logger. Good Luck!****

****If you still have access to your account as well as the hacker does, then follow these steps to put a trade/market cooldown on your account so they can't use the trade or market system***:
I'm basing that on this info from https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1047-edfm-2932 :
Recent Password Reset

If you reset your password, you will be restricted from trading and the Community Market for 5 days. If your account has not had any activity for more than 2 months, these restrictions will apply for 30 days. We do this to help protect users who lose access to their email account. Note that this does not affect password changes, only password resets.

From Me:
1. Go to "Steam" at the top left of the client.
2. Click on "Settings"
3. The first page should be the "Account" section
4. Make sure your contact e-mail is your e-mail
5. Click "Steam" again at the top left
6. Select "Change User..."
7. It will log you out of Steam and return to the log in screen where you enter your credentials
8. then there should be something along the lines of "forgot password" or "retrieve account"
9. Select that then follow the prompts and you will get an e-mail link to reset your password.

I really appreciate the advice man. I still have my account, I changed my password and I made sure that the contact email is my own. I had my credit card linked to my account but deleted the information straight away. I also ran a few quick security scans but I'm going to run a full one now. I still have the steam account name of the guy who was supposed to gift the game to me. His account was hacked and he tried to warn people by changing his name, too bad I didn't see it earlier. The hacked steam account is 'Jewstin'

Also I just checked the URL of the log in webpage and it is a legit Valve log in page. The start of the URL is 'https://store.steampowered.com/'. That common scam thing you linked me explains that this is a legit URL. So I don't think I have to worry about my account. Btw when I entered my details it said 'Game is already redeemed' that is why I thought my account could be in danger but I just lost some money. Hopefully I can get it back. Thank you! :)
