The irony is that most people don't realise this.
That seems like a lot of litigation risk for a large company to take for a bad, semi-functional joke.
Valve should have done it's due diligence when proof of these issues came out.
The best thing to do is write Disney and Delta (the larger of the companies whose IPs have been violated) and let them know that Killyjoy Games (AKA Ramil Nassyrov) is selling a game using their sound files through Steam (and other sites). If the lawyers want to pursue it they will.

Killjoy added me on Steam to discuss a few things and I asked him about his motivation behind the game. It's pretty obvious anyway, this is like high school level meta-critique
