Steam deck delayed for very weird reason

Hi guys, have any of you experienced this? I ordered a steam deck and it shipped one week ago. I contacted DHL the courier and they told me that the deck is being hold in another country because steam (valve) did not place the appropriate markings that the steam deck contains batteries. They told me i should contact steam about this, yes about the batteries - so if i get it right, steam forgot to tell them that the steam deck has batteries and they are not sending it to me. Please let me know if anyone had the same thing as steam support is not responding (sent a ticket yesterday).

No they did not.
No idea where you live, but here there needs to be a "hazardous" sticker on the package which declares that the content includes batteries.

No they did not? Dhl told me that steam forgot to put the sticker on the package, thats what i am saying - what do you mean “no they did not”?

Hey i forgot to mention that i also ordered steam docking station and i received that, so i only have the dock now lol - i cant believe this happened to me

♥♥♥♥ happens. Contact Steam in the first place to try and resolve it. Don't go straight to chargeback without doing this as this will have consequences for your account.

I contacted steam, i still have no update :( . Steam support actually dont really care as my steam deck is still being held (stuck) - its not that i want the steam deck immediately u know but the lack of communication from steam after they such a childish non professional thing (forgetting to put a sticker on the box), they dont even communicate with me
