Steam pop-up "Xbox Driver Installation"

I've been having this pop-up from Steam saying that they succesfully installed the xbox drivers and I need to reboot my PC which I did twice and still it comes back.

Did you actually restart your PC, or just shut down?
If FastBoot is enabled, a shutdown is not the same as a restart.

Yes, I was shutdowns. Now I've restarted and I don't have it anymore, thanks.

This is Legit a thing, Just happened to me.

Been using a Xbox controller/Switch/PS4 Dualshock. Everything works fine.

This pops up.

Seems Sketch.

I use:
DS4Windows 3.1 for the PS4 Controller (Ds4-windows)
BETTERJOY for Switch Controller (Github)
Xbox App/Xbox Accessories app(From the Microsoft Store) to control my Xbox Controller

Just in case people freak out if they see this.

It's not a sketch, it's just part of the new client update. A full restart should "fix" it. It's not even the first time this has happened.
