Shift + Tab causes unresponsiveness and black screen, with no way out apart from a force shutdown
Sometimes the Shift + Tab menu, particularly when trying to exit it, will cause the screen to freeze then go black, and my laptop to become fully unresponsive to key interrupts (though audio still plays and I can still talk to my friends). This appears to be an issue with the Steam client rather than any particular game, as this has happened across Civ 6, Cyperpunk 2077, and Fallout New Vegas thus far. Either way, I can't do anything when this happens except a force shutdown. Even pressing the power button to attempt to shut down normally doesn't work!

Has anyone else been having similar issues, and more importantly, does anyone know of a workaround, or at least if Valve has acknowledge the bug? Here's some info about my laptop and my Steam client setup:

- My laptop is an Asus TUF A15, with the following specs:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU
- RAM: 16 GB, of form factor SODIMM
- BIOS version: 303
- I run the stable release of the Steam client, I don't use the beta or anything of the such
- This has never been a problem until recently, ~1 month ago I'd say. I didn't use Steam at all for about 10 days within that time, so obviously it didn't happen within that time
