How to buy Steam games in Vietnam?
How can I buy a game in Vietnam on Steam? I don't have a Visa or MasterCard. My wife has ZaloPay. I thought I could use that. But when I went to checkout, the only option was Visa or MasterCard.

I thought Vietnam had forced ISPs to block Steam.

As far as I'm aware the Steam Store works normally now in Vietnam. Sometimes I can't access the Steam Discussion Forums though.
