Are there really so many people good at online games (like CS2)?
I recently encountered many good players in Counter-Strike, and I wondered: how are they so good? These players, with only 1–300 hours in the game, are hitting a 2+ KD every round like it’s nothing—usually on new or private accounts.

Sometimes I see players with over 1,000 hours who play like Silvers or actually are Silvers. Another time, I saw a FACEIT level 10 playing in Silver ranks, which was weird to me, because he wasn’t as good as I expected him to be.

Am I the only one noticing this?:steamthis::csgohelmet:

CS2 is famous for having players idle the game to get their Hours Played up high even though they haven't actually played that much and for players being Boosted, getting higher skill players to help them rank up and then obviously not having the skill to keep up.
No hacking in multiplayer games is rampant.. There are a tiny amount of good players.

Its the same problem in Lol, everybody is a smurf. Those guys are global elite (highest rank in the game), and then go play on silver ranks (like every other global elite). A real new player plays with bots on his own server untill he gets global elite skills, then goes and gets global elite just to go and play in silver on a smurf account. Other new players dont exist because those guys just uninstalled the game after getting farmed by a russian god in a casual match.
